Requirements and skills

  • Preferably BS Psychology Graduate or a Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with payroll accounts
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
  • Payroll preparation and checking accurate timekeeping /Attendance.
  • Maintain accurate employee record in an organized manner
  • Records and monitor employee's performance evaluation. Issuance and collates performance evaluation form
  • Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Respond to general HR related inquiries
  • Assists with employee relations issues such as employee complaints and exit interviewing.
  • Preparation of memorandum
  • Do Recruitment activities from Sourcing to Placement
  • Monitor Manpower Request Form
  • Attracting candidates use of Indeed, Job street and other social media platform
  • Schedule interview and coordinates with the interviewer
  • Prepare Job Offers and Employee Action Forms of new hires.
  • Provide Pre-employment requirements
  • Prepare on-boarding tools and requirement of identified candidates
  • Perform other HR task from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
