About Us

CeeCares OPC is a fast-growing authorized agent of MediCard Philippines. We specialize in providing affordable and comprehensive HMO healthcare solutions for individuals, families, and corporate clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote MediCard healthcare plans.
  • Segment and manage client email lists (corporate, individual, renewal, new inquiries).
  • Write compelling email content with clear call-to-actions.
  • Design and optimize email templates aligned with CeeCares and MediCard branding.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversions) and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and email marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align campaigns with overall strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
