Accounting Manager CPA

Quezon City

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Management & Reporting

  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (IFRS/GAAP).

  3. Record property transactions: acquisitions, sales, leases, development costs.
  4. Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and investment returns.
  5. Handle budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

  6. Manage accounting for pre-selling, escrow accounts, and billings.

  7. Compliance & Internal Controls

  8. Ensure compliance with tax laws, BIR rules, and real estate regulations.

  9. Maintain strong internal controls for accurate financial data.

  10. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulators.

  11. Accounts Management/Supervision

  12. Oversee department payables, receivables, and payroll.

  13. Track collections from buyers and tenants.
  14. Record commissions, broker incentives, and rebates.

  15. Monitor construction, land acquisition, and related costs.

  16. Leadership & Team Management

  17. Lead and mentor the accounting team.

  18. Assign tasks, review work, and give feedback.

  19. Promote accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

  20. Strategic Support

  21. Provide financial insights for investment and pricing decisions.

  22. Help prepare feasibility studies and ROI analyses.
  23. Work with other departments to align financial goals with business plans.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 1 year of experience as Supervisor/Manager
  • Relevant experience in real estate accounting is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
