ROLE TITLE: Sr. Analyst Programmer - EDI Gentran

Project Location: Capella Bldg. Asean Drive Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Hybrid - 3 days per week RTO/onsite

Night shift schedule

Required Skill: EDI

Qualifications:

·       At least 5 years doing analysis and development using EDI Gentran or IBM Sterling technology

·       Strong foundation on EDI /Sterling messages, concepts and processes

·       Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. SFTP)

·       Knowledge in basis SQL command and scripting

·       Coordinates with QC team for testing of work output

·       Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications.

·       Understands and uses CMMI defined processes and documentations.

·       Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.

·       Responsible for doing brownbag training to the team

• Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL.

Responsibilities:

The EDI Gentran and IBM Sterling Analysts will be mainly responsible for providing analysis and programming, and support the clients primarily using EDI Gentran and IBM Sterling Technology. The resource will work in a team environment with responsibility for the on-time delivery of multiple customer projects, maintaining communication with the applications IT customers keeping them updated with the status of their requests and proactively escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within the established SLA's.

• Able to implement preventive actions to recurring issues and find a solution to fix them.
