Job Summary

The Commissary Production Staff is responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and packaging food products in accordance with company standards. The role ensures that all commissary operations are performed efficiently while maintaining food quality, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and portion ingredients following standardized recipes and production schedules.
  • Operate kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, slicers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all products are produced according to quality, quantity, and food safety standards.
  • Properly label, store, and monitor raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the commissary work area at all times.
  • Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in compliance with company and government regulations.
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and report shortages or damages to the supervisor.
  • Participate in packaging and dispatching of finished goods for delivery to branches/outlets.
  • Support commissary team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Commissary Supervisor or Production Manager.

Qualifications

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent; vocational course in food preparation is an advantage.
  • With experience in food production, commissary, or kitchen operations (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
