Responsible for the overall quality of the process and oversees the management of and compliance with the procedures, data models, policies, and technologies associated with the process.

Responsible for the overall process efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the design of the Event and Incident process and tools aligns with the business and industry best practices.

Owns the process and supporting documentation for the process.

Ensures alignment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and that these objectives are realized.

Promote and reinforce adherence to the process and policies associated with Event and Incident Management. Associated processes such as Early Life Support, Problem Management and Change Management.

Works with the ServiceNow sponsor and platform owner to help improve process performance through ServiceNow implementations.

Works in conjunction with Continual Service Improvement (CSI).

Applicant should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business management or related disciplines

At least 8 years' experience in service management and operations, application support or application development

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ITIL best practice framework

Experience in ITIL process development including Event, Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management

Experience defining, documenting & validating business requirements

Proven problem-solving skills and methodologies

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
