Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, perform regular updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement security measures to keep our network and systems running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Implement and maintain security protocols, including backups, firewalls, and access controls
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT-related requests
  • Maintain software updates, patches, and licenses
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Collaborate with other departments to support IT needs and projects
  • Ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
  • Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and backup solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
