Accounting Analyst - AR/AP
is
responsible for the precise and timely management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring financial accuracy and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, handling customer invoicing, collections, and cash application to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues, invoice queries, and financial discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • QuickBooks (desirable).
  • Fluent in English.
