Job Title: AU Senior Accounting Associate

Work Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Work Setup

  • Hybrid

Office Assignment:

  • MAKATI OFFICE: 22F Tower 1, One Ayala Corporate Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City

Job Responsibilities:


•
Responsible for general ledger maintenance and reconciliations across all entities,

preparation of journals required


• Preparation and lodgment of payroll taxes, BAS and IAS returns


• Assistance with management reporting and dashboards, including monthly P&L and Balance

Sheet variance analysis


• Managing accounting processes such as monthly internal recharges and adjusting journal

entries


• Other ad hoc duties to support the team


• Prepare yearly tax return working papers to Australian standards


• Prepare financial statements to Australian Standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


•
CPA or Non-CPA with at least 1-3 years of full end-to-end accounting experience


• Experience in Australian Accounting


• Knowledge in NetSuite is an advantage


• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite
