Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Call Centre & Customer Service Agents to join our # team in Taguig City. As Customer Service Visayan Specialist, you will be a key part of our locally pioneering team, interacting with our valued customers and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and providing high-quality customer service
  • Resolving customer inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions to ensure effective case management
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries
  • Proficiency in Visayan and English, both verbal and written
  • Commitment to delivering a superior customer experience
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • No prior experience required, as we provide comprehensive training
