He/She makes sure that all projects are aligned with FWD's yearly business plans and executed efficiently. He/She monitor and report the performance of projects & portfolios, ensuring to meet their goals. Enforce FWD's project management framework and use best practices.Integrates Project Initiatives and FWD Strategic PlansAssigns Project Managers to various Strategic projects and ensuring alignment with FWD's Project Management governance frameworkAnalyzes portfolio updates and prepares the necessary reports for portfolio monitoring and stakeholder communicationManage project repositories and other non-project related folders or sites and provides user access for such sitesMonitors team and project budgets and expenditures and analyses variances to achieve financial metricsHelps identify issues/risks like resource constraints, project delays and recommends solutions to the concerned project managersExperience:Bachelor's Degree or in lieu 10+ more years of relevant experiencePMP, Agile Scrum/PSM certifications are most welcomeMinimum 10+ years of experience in managing projects and/or information technology businessExperience with program/projects in multiple technologies, functions and industriesExcellent executive presence and experience creating/delivering executive presentations in MS PowerPointExperience managing teams that are geographically distributed and cultureExcellent written and oral communication skills.
