We're looking for an inspiring PMO Director to lead and elevate our client's global Project Management Office, a high-performing team that keeps operations, communication, and execution running flawlessly across departments. You'll guide Project Managers from Finance, Development, Success, and Media, ensuring every project moves forward with clarity, accountability, and measurable results.

Your Mission- Lead and Mentor : Manage and coach Project Managers across multiple departments, building confidence, accountability, and collaboration
- Establish Frameworks : Create and maintain PMO standards, tools, and best practices that drive alignment and visibility
- Oversee Execution : Ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time while balancing quality and resources
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with department heads to align priorities, optimize workflows, and share best practices
- Drive Clarity & Communication : Develop rhythms, documentation habits, and reporting structures that strengthen transparency
- Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to keep leadership informed and teams focused
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance scalability, efficiency, and interdepartmental alignment
- Bridge Strategy & Execution : Translate leadership goals into actionable plans that the PMO can operationalize effectively
- Seasoned Leader : 3+ years of experience leading or managing project management teams
- Operational Strategist : Proven record of managing cross-functional projects from concept to completion
- Collaborative Coach : Empowers teams while holding them to a high standard of excellence
- Highly Organized : Exceptional clarity in planning, prioritization, and communication
- Tech-Ready : Skilled in project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or
- Adaptable Communicator : Experienced working across time zones and distributed teams
- Analytical & Solution-Oriented : Data-driven thinker who balances metrics with human leadership
