The
Global Warehousing Process Owner Manager
is responsible for leading, standardizing, and optimizing warehousing processes across all global sites within the food manufacturing sector. This role ensures warehouse operations are efficient, compliant with food safety standards, and aligned with the company's global supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Leadership & Standardization: Define and implement global warehousing processes specific to the food manufacturing industry, ensuring consistency across all regions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000), and local regulatory requirements in all warehouses.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to optimize warehousing performance.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with regional warehouse teams, logistics, production, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure process alignment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, storage efficiency, shelf-life management, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Training & Change Management: Lead training programs and provide guidance to warehouse teams to ensure proper implementation and adherence to processes.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in process ownership, standardization, and operational improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory management tools.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
