WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Stallion Team is looking for an experienced Claim Specialist with top-notch communication skills to ensure that claims are accurately assessed, processed, and resolved on time.
YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:
- Review sales invoices
- Calculate claim payout amounts
- Follow-up with customers on missing documents and/or additional information via email
- Work closely with the claims team
- Submit claims with our partner carriers for reimbursement
- Ensure the claims policy is followed and provide feedback where necessary
- Approve or deny claims based on eligibility
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to accurately calculate claim amounts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions and team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors in documentation.
- Proficiency in using email and basic office software for claim processing and communication.
WORK HOURS:
Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 9 AM - 6 PM EST. Minimum of 40 hours per week

Once you pass the 3-month probationary period, you will be entitled to additional benefits:
