Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from patients and vendors (2–3/day, expected to increase)
  • Follow up with patients and confirm/schedule appointments
  • Collect payments through the EHR system (Elation)
  • Help reduce patient no-show rates
  • Manage emails and messages from patients and vendors
  • Handle billing and payment processing (cash payments only, no insurance)
  • Upload receipts and maintain patient records in Elation
  • Post on social media using provided templates

Experience and Proficiency

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Medical administrative support experience (corporate or VA)
  • Comfortable managing patient calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Experience with medical databases/EHR systems (Elation preferred)
  • Marketing or social media experience is a plus
