Spearhead the digitalization of HR and GSD processes.Manage manpower cost within the standards set by Finance. Competent OrganizationTraining and Development & Culture Building Design and implement training programs that enhance employee competencies, skills, and career growth Conduct leadership development initiatives t build internal capabilities Assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs. Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and provide tailored learning solutionsDevelop e-learning and blended training solutions for scalable approach to professional growth of employees Organizational Development & Culture Building Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and company values. Drive performance management strategies, including feedback systems and career progression planning. Lead change management and organizational transformation efforts. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
