Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and implement effective strategies to attract top talent. 3
- Employee Development: Implement training programs and career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and job satisfaction. Organize workshops and educational activities to promote professional growth. 2
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance evaluation systems to measure and improve employee productivity. Address performance issues and implement improvement plans as necessary. 2
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation packages and employee benefit programs. Ensure that benefits are attractive to retain top talent. 2
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain open communication between management and employees. 2
- Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Consult with executives on decisions impacting all management levels. 2
- HR Analytics: Utilize data to make informed decisions about workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
