BETTER SKIN is looking for a Facialist/ Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on aesthetic services with supportive clinical and administrative duties to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications
  • Preferably a graduate of Nursing, Aesthetics, or a related course (TESDA NCII in Facial/Skincare is a plus).
  • Ideally with prior experience as a facialist, aesthetician, or clinic assistant (experience in dermatology/aesthetic clinics is an advantage). We also welcome applicants with no experience but willing to be trained.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional bedside manner.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and patient safety.
  • Flexible, willing to be trained, and able to multitask between clinical and administrative roles.
