About the role

Mediko Kapitolyo Multi-Specialty and Diagnostic clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced HMO STAFF to join our team in Antipolo City Rizal. This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating healthcare insurance services for our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and process HMO claims accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with HMO providers to ensure prompt approval and settlement of claims
  • Liaise with patients to provide guidance on HMO coverage and claims procedures
  • Maintain detailed records of all HMO-related transactions and communications
  • Assist in the implementation of HMO policies and procedures within the clinic
  • Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to enhance the overall patient experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of experience in HMO administration or medical insurance processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
  • Proficient in using HMO-related software and databases
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HMO policies
  • Ability to work well in a team and multi-task effectively
