Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Associate to support and scale our affiliate marketing initiatives.

This role will be responsible for coordinating affiliate marketing events, liaising with e-commerce platforms, and working closely with affiliates to ensure high-quality, performance-driven content. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of e-commerce, content marketing, and creator ecosystems, with a keen eye for storytelling and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Affiliate Marketing & Event Coordination

  2. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing affiliate marketing events and campaigns across e-commerce platforms

  3. Communicate with platform partners to schedule events, align on mechanics, and ensure smooth execution

  4. Support end-to-end affiliate event operations, including timelines, briefs, and follow-ups

  5. Content Review & Optimization

  6. Review affiliate-generated content (videos, livestreams, posts) to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives

  7. Provide constructive, data-backed feedback and creative suggestions to improve content quality, engagement, and conversion

  8. Proactively share content ideas, hooks, and best practices to help affiliates enhance storytelling and performance3. Reporting & Collaboration

  9. Track affiliate content submissions and campaign deliverables

  10. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, brand) to align messaging and execution

  11. Support post-campaign reviews by identifying content learnings and optimization opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer/KOL management, or content marketing

  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, and social media (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

  • Good eye for content quality, trends, and storytelling

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Willing to deploy in Taguig City, Fully Onsite - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Preferred Skills

  • Experience reviewing or optimizing short-form video or livestream content

  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (views, CTR, conversion, GMV)

  • Creative mindset with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback to creators
