Job Description:

  • Review personal loan applications with precision in a high-volume environment
  • Review and verify applicants' information such as personal ID & third-party alternative data, determine credit worthiness of applicants.
  • Interact with the customers over the phone to verify identity and/or employment information, and identify potential fraudulent activities
  • Timely engagement with customers who need assistance or to re-submit information
  • Support auto-underwriting system by identifying, classifying, labelling and evaluation of each application cases
  • Provide meaningful and constructive feedback to the team lead and underwriting manager

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates with any 4-year course (experience in consumer lending industry is preferred)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to handle customer complaints
  • Ability to manage and work under pressure.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English;
  • Experience in anti-fraud activity (fake ID, multiple borrowing and etc)
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, and etc;
  • Demonstrated the ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide good customer service.
