Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant for a full-time on-site position located in Antipolo. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, assist with customer inquiries, coordinate sales processes, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation. You will collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and improve overall sales efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure a positive customer experience and address client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and Sales to support smooth transactions and achieve team goals.
  • Excellent Communication skills to relay information clearly and establish strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using office software tools, including word processing and spreadsheets, is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer support role is preferred but not required.
