Job Overview

The IT Assistant for Applications will be responsible for supporting various applications within the organization. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for application users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

· Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of application software.

· Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.

· Train users on the proper use of applications and provide ongoing support as needed.

· Assist in the development and implementation of new application features or upgrades.

· Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Maintain documentation related to applications, including user manuals and technical guides.

· Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures for application access and data protection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Has knowledge in computer and network troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Must have experience in installation and use of various software applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail, proactive, analytical and resourceful
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
