About the Role:

The Senior Business Analyst for Automation & ServiceNow Governance will drive the continuous improvement of digital services and automation tools. This role involves leading requirements gathering, documenting business processes, and overseeing governance and lifecycle management for automation platforms—particularly ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to define business needs, product scope, and solution design.
  • Lead workshops and interviews to gather and validate requirements for automation and ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and coordinate development cycles under Agile methodology.
  • Review and improve governance processes for automation pipelines and platform releases.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability, compliance, and service quality.
  • Support post-go-live activities, including production support, testing, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis, including 5 years in process design, QA/testing, and governance.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow products and automation tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot) and familiarity with GenAI.
  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, with proven ability to influence governance improvements.

About the Role:

The Senior Technical Business Analyst will lead both the business and technical implementation aspects of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) rollout across departments and field offices. The role requires strong SharePoint Online expertise and the ability to translate records management policies into automated, compliant, and scalable digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the phased rollout of EDRMS, ensuring readiness and alignment with departmental requirements.
  • Lead workshops with department focal points to gather business and functional requirements.
  • Design and configure SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and governance models to manage digital records throughout their lifecycle.
  • Implement and test Power Automate workflows for document approvals, retention, and archiving.
  • Collaborate with Records Management and IT teams to ensure compliance with institutional standards.
  • Monitor site adoption, performance, and usage metrics; recommend enhancements for usability and efficiency.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and technical support to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis, preferably within records management or SharePoint-based systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and metadata governance.
  • Familiarity with digital records lifecycle, retention schedules, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with tools such as AvePoint Products and workflow design solutions.
  • Excellent documentation, stakeholder coordination, and change management skills.
