Prepare and update daily sterilization records

Prepare material and arrange processes

Perform daily process quality checks

Perform minor machine setting and adjustment

Train and guide new operators

Mandatory checks all training records

Assist in monthly stock taking

Assist in new process and material setting

Raise and write necessary reports for Process Change, discrepancy, deviation and failure control

10.   Provide support for production re-work, scrap/loss, disposal, process validation. Discrepancy, process deviation

11.   Major product failure report writing and documentation

12.   Directly coordinate with production supervisor/ leader in production schedule/improvement/audit/ stock take and etc.

13.   Ensure Good Manufacturing (GMP) and ISO related documents are followed

14.   Propose/Implement equipment related improvements for safety, quality and productivity

15.   Provide support in investigating all quality problems related to machine performance and provide corrective and preventive actions

16.   Other responsibilities assigned by superior
