Job Summary:

The Product Listing Staff is responsible for accurately creating, updating, and maintaining product information across online platforms. This role ensures that all product details are complete, consistent, and appealing to customers, helping to improve visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and upload new product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, company website).
  • Ensure all listings include accurate product descriptions, pricing, categories, and images.
  • Regularly update stock availability, prices, and product details.
  • Monitor product listings to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
  • Generate basic reports on product listing performance (e.g., best-selling, low-stock, or inactive items).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in product listing or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic knowledge of online selling platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in data entry.
  • Good written communication skills for product descriptions.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Basic skills in handling product images for upload (resizing, renaming, organizing).
  • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with good coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
