Job Description:

This position is responsible for administering financial transactions of mutual fund investors, accurately and in a timely manner.

1. Reviews the financial and non-financial transactions of mutual fund shareholders/ unitholders processed by the service provider, such as account opening, additional investment, redemptions, and switches, including the review of lacking requirements.

2. Handles the timely resolution of any query, concern, and/or complaints of investors.

3. Collaborates and works with various teams on projects and initiatives relating to MF Outsourcing and Proxy solicitation.

4. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the project committee and internal stakeholders.

5. Performs call out and send emails to investors and MF advisors to solicit the appropriate proxy votes.

6. Performs user testing activity and other related activities to fulfill and complete the requirements for the MF Outsourcing project.
