Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst based in the Philippines to support our OB Planning Analytics team. This role is focused on sourcing technical talent to build dashboards, generate reports, and conduct deep-dive analyses that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently analyze large datasets and provide strategic recommendations
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Tableau
  • Lead the creation and distribution of recurring reports to internal teams
  • Develop reporting templates using self-service tools
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support evolving business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–3+ years of experience in an analytically driven role (e.g., Corporate Finance, Consulting, Data Analysis)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
  • Flexible and collaborative personality
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytically driven field
  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods, Apparel, or Fashion
  • Advanced skills in SQL and Excel
