Associate Finance Analyst

Job Description

ADI is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our growing finance team located in Cavite. The successful candidate will be part of the Internal Backend Operations Finance team that will work with the Finance team and Operations team to drive the Factory Spending. Critical skills for this position include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, ability to manage data and good teamwork skills.

As a Finance Analyst, you are responsible for gathering, analyzing, and consolidating financial data from all manufacturing sites to prepare accurate and timely management reporting. Your role involves providing financial analysis, collaboration with business partners to provide key business and financial guidance to influence strategic decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain to drive efficiency and cost reduction initiatives for ADI.

Job Summary

• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting and spend reporting
• Perform month end closing activities including posting of jornal entries/adjustments
• Collaborate with business partners to provide key business and financial guidance to influence strategic decision making
• Analyze and interpret financial results (variance analysis)
• Help identify areas for cost reduction. Launch initiatives by partnering with site finance analysts in analyzing cost drivers, evaluate cost-saving initiatives, and recommend actions to optimize cost efficiency.
• Perform scenario analysis (make or buy, inhouse vs outsource etc.)
• Identify and implement reporting and process streamlining for finance reports and activities
• Provide ad hoc finance reports and analysis, as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA/MBA is a plus
• Preferrably with 1 year of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Excellent analytical, accounting/financial, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to details
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact positively across all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and/or related financial systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Able to allocate time effectively, work well under pressure and result-oriented
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Excellent presentation skills: ability to present financial information to non-financial audience
