We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Cluster General Manager to lead two of IHG's flagship properties in the Philippines — Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria (263 keys) and Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria (285 keys). Together, these hotels form a dynamic hospitality hub in the heart of Ortigas, featuring multiple F&B outlets and a versatile events space accommodating up to 1,500 guests. As the Cluster General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across both brands, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences. You will serve as a key ambassador for IHG, ensuring the hotels remain preferred destinations for business and leisure travelers alike while delivering sustainable growth and profitability.

This role requires a leader with resilience, adaptability, and strong financial acumen. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-performance environment with active ownership engagement, demonstrating confidence in managing complex reporting requirements, detailed financial reviews, and multi-stakeholder expectations. A deep understanding of the local Filipino work culture and regulatory landscape is essential, as is the ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve excellence. With a highly competitive market landscape surrounded by leading brands the Cluster General Manager will play a hands-on role in driving key commercial initiatives, cultivating strategic business relationships, and strengthening the hotels' market position.

We are looking for an individual with a proven record of success in full-service or upscale hotel management, ideally with prior cluster or multi-property experience. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is required, with a strong command of English and the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders. Beyond operational leadership, you will be a mentor and brand custodian fostering engagement, succession planning, and innovation within your teams.
