We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at PIOPIO INC.' in the beautiful coastal town of El Nido, Palawan. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote PIOPIO INC.'s products and services
2. Generating sales leads, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and closing new business deals
3. Conducting market research to identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities
4. Creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
5. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints
6. Monitoring and analysing sales and marketing performance, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
7. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
2. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and data analysis
5. Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Specialist serves as the business unit head, fully accountable for its profitability, growth, and overall performance. This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution—driving sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Lead will be responsible for owning the P&L, setting pricing and OTA strategies, analyzing market data, developing recovery and promotional plans, and implementing end-to-end sales strategies. Working closely with the manager and cross-functional teams, the BA Lead will spearhead initiatives that maximize occupancy, revenue, and partner tenant sales, while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and long-term business sustainability.
