About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at PIOPIO INC.' in the beautiful coastal town of El Nido, Palawan. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote PIOPIO INC.'s products and services
- Generating sales leads, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and closing new business deals
- Conducting market research to identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities
- Creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints
- Monitoring and analysing sales and marketing performance, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and data analysis
- Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Specialist serves as the business unit head, fully accountable for its profitability, growth, and overall performance. This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution—driving sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Lead will be responsible for owning the P&L, setting pricing and OTA strategies, analyzing market data, developing recovery and promotional plans, and implementing end-to-end sales strategies. Working closely with the manager and cross-functional teams, the BA Lead will spearhead initiatives that maximize occupancy, revenue, and partner tenant sales, while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and long-term business sustainability.
