Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations across rooms division, food & beverage, guest services, engineering and back of the house.
- Ensure that all departments run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with hotel standards and brand promise.
- Monitor quality of services and facilities, implementing improvements where needed.
- Act as the escalation point for complex guest issues and ensure timely resolution.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Maintain a guest-centric culture throughout the property.
- Personally engage with VIPs, long-staying guests, and important events.
- Monitor guest feedback across all platforms and lead the team in addressing service recovery and improvements.
- Ensure that all service touchpoints reflect the distinct tone and signature of the NAYYARA experience.
Team Leadership & Culture Building
- Lead, coach, and inspire department heads and staff toward shared goals.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Champion a respectful, professional, and supportive workplace culture.
- Support hiring, training, and professional development programs to maintain high service standards.
Financial & Business Strategy
- Monitor and control operational budgets, payroll, and cost efficiencies.
- Support revenue-generating departments in hitting sales targets and upsell goals.
- Work closely with the finance, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Prepare reports for ownership or executive management on performance metrics, forecasts, and action plans.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, legal, and brand requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel for cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to SOPs.
- Lead emergency procedures and crisis response readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams, resolve challenges, and maintain operational discipline.
- Strong financial and business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with guest satisfaction tools, and operational reporting.
