JOB SUMMARY

The Training Associate for Technical Training is responsible for coordination and administration of technical training programs for engineering, architecture, land surveying, cost estimation, property management, project management, and other construction-related disciplines that aligns with industry standards and company objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist and Support in the following areas of Technical Training Section:

  • Program Development & Support
  • Technical Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Evaluation
  • Agreement Management & Records Keeping
  • Technical Skills Certification and Development (Administering skills assessment programs, including software proficiency tests (e.g., AutoCAD, Plan swift, Excel for engineers, cost estimating tools).
  • Succession Planning and Organizational Development for Technical Roles
  • Module Development & Documentation
  • Coordination and Logistics
  • Database and Report Management
  • Performs other related duties that a superior may assign from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in training, technical coordination, or engineering-related roles.

  • Data Management & Report Writing
  • Can drive a four-wheeled vehicle and has valid driver's license
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving & Organizational Skills
  • MS Office applications proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge in the following:

-Engineering and Construction Industry Standards

-Technical Training Principles

-Software Applications (AutoCAD, Planswift, SketchUp, Excel [Advanced])

-Organizational Development & Succession Planning
