Responsible for the organization and staffing of the Production Department, directing, coordinating and supervision of the activities of production line personnel for DCN and dried parings to attain production goals and quality standards set; and to maintain smooth operation at optimum cost.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Sees to it that manpower requirement along production line is enough to achieve production targets.

2) Conducts daily inspection and spot check up on personnel works and activities, production output, storage and sanitary condition of production area to ensure that work methods and procedures are followed.

3) Holds periodic meeting and discussion with Shipping & Production Supervisors and line Foremen to discuss and solve technical, administrative and operational problems of their section.

4) Discusses with Resident Manager or directly coordinates with the Plant Engineer regarding maintenance problems related to mechanical performance and controls of all production equipment & machineries.

5) Closely coordinates with the Quality Assurance Department regarding laboratory results, work methods and corrective measures to improve quality finished products.

6) Monitors daily production and inventory level of DCN, wet & dried parings for report preparation and marketing purposes.

7) Coordinates with Nuts Buying and Receiving Section regarding nuts supply to meet production requirements.

8) Closely coordinates with Marketing regarding the distribution of finished products (DCN, wet & dried parings) to be sold. Monitors the loading and shipping of all outgoing products to ensure accuracy of documents, payment of bills and release of correct quantity.

9) Recommends to the Plant Controller annual budget for Production Department. Sees to it that the department is operating within the approved budget.

10) Reviews and monitors the daily production and accomplishment reports of all line Foremen (production reports and schedules, materials inventory, attendance report, disciplinary reports, etc.,) to foresee problems related to production output and administrative matters.

11) Gives instruction to Supervisors and Foremen, regarding quality standards and product specifications like cut, thickness, color, moisture content and residual level of chemicals used in treatment process.

12) Perform other duties that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
