JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Commercial finance duties such as pricing, project negotiation, contract review and project financial models
  • Responsible for implementation and delivering Service Level Agreements (SLA) and reporting on performance to key stakeholders.
  • Provide key information to assess the profitability of the business.
  • Ensures that accounting is carried out in accordance with the principles of international standards, local government rules and instructions of the Board.  Interface with both internal and external auditors.
  • Ensures compliance with BIR and PEZA regulations as well as the Local Tax Code to ensure that the company abides by all government regulations.
  • Work closely with all business stakeholders to understand their needs, have regular reviews, and deal with issues and escalations.
  • Support in the ad-hoc reports and projects as may be assigned by the FS President or the AFAC Business Unit Controller.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • 10 years of experience in leadership role and commercial finance
  • 5 years of experience in Stakeholder management and regional reporting
  • Strong experience and knowledge in compliance, such as BIR, Tax and PEZA
  • With manufacturing experience
  • Willing to work in Malvar, Batangas
