Position: Project Coordinator

Job Description:

  • · Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring the project plans, timelines and costs
  • · Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party
  • vendors
  • · Assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
  • · Provides logistics and administrative support as needed
  • · Driving third-party vendors to achieve targets.
  • · Supports third-party vendor on queries and clarifications in all technical aspects regarding projects. · Prepare reports and other site documentation. · Assist third-party vendor in their site issues and give resolution in compliance with Client Standards. · Update site status in Kanban in daily basis with less to no error.

ADHOC

  • Any related BAU tasks that the Project Lead/Team Lead requires

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder Preferably Engineering Graduate in the field of Telecommunications.
  • Highly organized person, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Industry Willing to extend office hours/overtime.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and the rest of the basic office software.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledgeable in all domain in Telecommunication such as Civil Works, Power, Telecom Works, RF is desirable.
