  • Sales and business development: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and profitability goals. This includes identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Team leadership: Manage, train, and mentor branch staff, including sales and operations personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and motivate the team to achieve branch objectives.
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales forecasts, and market trends. Use analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Financial oversight: Manage the branch's budget and allocate funds effectively to control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Customer relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and ensure high retention rates.
  • Compliance: Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all company policies and relevant regulatory standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
