Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Finding potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, and social media.
  • Screening & Assessment: Reviewing applications, conducting initial screening, and assessing candidates for basic qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Maintaining candidate databases, updating candidate status, and handling applicant paperwork.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Working with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
  • Offer Support: Assisting in drafting offer letters and ensuring all new hire paperwork is processed accurately.
  • Administrative Support: Handling general recruitment-related administrative duties, such as managing calendars and preparing reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
