General Position Description

  • The Site Systems Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of site-level systems across retail gas stations. This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the installation and pull-out of Point-of-Sale (POS) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminals, managing the activation of ePayment solutions (credit, debit, QRPH), and ensuring system readiness for daily operations. In addition, the role oversees documentation review, creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), management of ticketing systems for issue tracking, and preparation of accurate reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in retail systems, POS/EDC terminal management, or ePayments preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent documentation and SOP development abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, IT, and operations teams.
  • Willing to report in PSPC Alabang, Muntinlupa City, and PPPI Udenna, BGC
