  • Monitors production schedules, manpower allocation, and machine utilization
  • Ensures compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company policies
  • Coordinates with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issuesIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste
  • Conducts regular inspections of equipment and production areas to ensure safe and proper operation
  • Prepares production reports, incident reports, and performance evaluations
  • Enforces proper housekeeping, sanitation, and safety practices within the production area
