MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure smooth running of line operations and production process at the highest quality of the product and supervise the production team in a shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for shift production line operations.
  • Responsible for making the daily production report per shift.
  • Implements maintenance programs and proper changeover for all machines.
  • Leads the troubleshooting of alarms during machine breakdowns.
  • Manage production process, make routine checkups, and adjust recipe and equipment base on company and quality standards
  • Ensure all product and package quality is within standards and specifications.
  • Prepares daily production and efficiency reports to SBMS (online Simplified Business Management System).
  • Create and update the procedures manual, work instruction manual, and monitoring reports.
  • Prepares and updates weekly manning schedule of production team based on production schedule
  • Supervise all machine operators.
  • To establish/implement/comply with GMP, HACCP, OHSAS, & FSSC policies and SOPs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, a professional license (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), or an equivalent.
  • At least four (4) years working experience in supervisory position
  • With experience in Plastic Injection Company is required
  • Knowledgeable in Husky, Sacmi and Moss is an advantage.
  • Effective Leader and Team Player
  • With good communication skills
