Integration Developer
to join our dynamic IT team, focusing on building, maintaining, and supporting integrations between our core business systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge integration platforms while supporting a growing wellness business across Australia.

Your Role as Integration Developer

In this role, you'll take the lead in
developing and maintaining seamless integrations across our core business systems
, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. You'll work with platforms like Celigo, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a fast-growing wellness business. If you're passionate about solving technical challenges and enhancing system connectivity, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & Maintenance:

• Build, support, and maintain integrations using the Celigo ) platform
• Develop custom integration solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python & Batch scripting
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple business systems
• Monitor integration performance and implement optimisations

Support & Operations:

• Provide ongoing support for existing integrations
• Perform break/fix activities and root cause analysis
• Monitor integration health and proactively address potential issues
• Respond to integration-related incidents and service requests

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with the Data Solutions Architect to implement integration strategies
• Collaborate with other engineers and IT technical team members
• Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures in Confluence
• Track issues and project work in Jira

System Integration:

• Support integrations between NetSuite, ADP, UKG Ready, and other business systems
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated platforms
• Assist with testing and validation of integration solutions

Must-Have Qualifications

Technical Skills
:

• 3–5+ years in system integration development, strong SQL and scripting (JavaScript, Python), solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML). Experience with Celigo ) is a plus.

Tools & Platforms
:

• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, cloud-based integration platforms, and monitoring/troubleshooting tools.

Professional Skills
:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in remote teams. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

Bonus Points for

• Experience with NetSuite integrations
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll systems (ADP, UKG)
• Understanding of retail/hospitality business processes
• Experience with data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
