Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests and schedules.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Administrative Duties
- Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Perform data entry, filing, record-keeping, and expense report reconciliation.
- Manage confidential documents and information securely and discreetly.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, conferences, and board sessions.
Project and Task Management
- Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Liaise between the executive and internal departments or external partners.
5. Office and Team Support
- Order office supplies and manage executive's office environment.
- Occasionally support other senior managers or board members as needed.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives is a strong advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Google Workspace and other productivity tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
