On-site - Manila | 3-5 Years Experience | Bachelor's Degree | Full-timeJob DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Category/Procurement Manager to join our ADM Group operations in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of supplier relationships and procurement processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesCSR and Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, corporate social responsibility standards, and regulatory requirements.

Vendor Payment Terms: Negotiate and manage payment terms with vendors to optimize cash flow and financial performance. Vendor Onboarding and Documentation: Oversee onboarding of new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly. NTIs: Manage

New Technology Introductions to integrate innovative solutions into procurement processes. Vendor Payments and Follow-ups: Ensure timely payment processing and maintain strong vendor relationships. Vendor Audits: Conduct regular audits of vendor performance and compliance to ensure quality and reliability.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve vendor issues or disputes promptly and effectively. Vendor Grading and Improvement: Implement vendor grading systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Others: Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement or supply chain roles. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
