Staff4Me is looking for a proactive and skilled Network Administrator specializing in SDWAN technologies to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our software-defined wide area network infrastructure, ensuring that our clients experience high performance and availability. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SDWAN technologies, a strong network background, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Manage, configure, and maintain SDWAN solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with network engineering teams to design and implement SDWAN architecture aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor the health and performance of the SDWAN network, using analytics and reporting tools for proactive issue detection.
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues, providing timely resolution and detailed documentation of findings.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support network capacity planning, assessments, and enhancements.
  • Stay informed about emerging SDWAN technologies and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including network diagrams, configuration information, and process workflows.
  • Participate in network projects and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to client services.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards across the SDWAN infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration, with a focus on SDWAN technologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and configurations (routing, switching, firewalls).
  • Experience with SDWAN solutions from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, VMware, Silver Peak).
  • Proficiency in monitoring and management tools for SDWAN environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking concepts and security practices is a plus.
