IT Service Desk Analyst (International BPO)

Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced IT Service Desk Analysts to be the first point of contact for B2B users requiring technical support. The role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, handling service requests, and ensuring service delivery meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support to international B2B users via calls, emails, chat, or portal.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel), VPN, Citrix, and MS365 issues.
  • Log all tickets accurately using ServiceNow (SNOW).
  • Perform Active Directory (AD) tasks such as account creation and access management.
  • Follow helpdesk SOPs and ensure service levels (SLA, TAT) are consistently met.
  • Maintain detailed records of problems and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in international IT Service Desk BPO (non-negotiable). (OPEN TO TSR's)
  • Voice support experience only (non-voice BPO not accepted).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD).
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience troubleshooting a wide range of Microsoft applications and system issues.
  • No short-term stints or job hopping.
