About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking 100 passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Healthcare division. What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients by handling inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • College with 6 months of relevant experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Senior Highschool Graduate with 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • College Graduate Without BPO experience are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Willing to Work Onsite
