OSP (Outside Plant) Site Engineer

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or any related course.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in OSP and Structured Cabling projects.
  • Knowledgeable in the end-to-end project process—from pre-sales, planning, engineering, implementation, to documentation.
  • Experience in negotiation, familiarity with OSP standards and regulatory requirements, and ability to troubleshoot bid-related requirements.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to travel to project sites.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend project alignment meetings and kick-off sessions (online or on-site) with clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct and support site surveys, client training sessions, and technical meetings as required.
  • Assist in resource coordination and supervision during the implementation of OSP and structured cabling works.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress, address technical concerns, and ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
