Company Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to join our growing team This opportunity is open to newly licensed nurses or fresh graduates who are eager to learn, highly trainable, and have a pleasant personality.
The successful candidate will assist in promoting employee wellness, coordinating healthcare needs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards and government regulations. This role requires someone who can work full-time and on a night shift to support our Operations team working during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Health & Wellness
- Provide basic medical care and first aid to employees for work-related and non-work-related health concerns.
- Assist in pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations.
- Help organize health and wellness programs such as vaccination drives, fitness activities, and health awareness campaigns.
Benefits & Provider Coordination
- Support HMO administration, including employee enrollment and claims assistance.
- Coordinate with HR for employee benefits related to SSS, PhilHealth, and maternity leave.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with DOLE occupational health requirements.
- Monitor clinic supplies and equipment to maintain readiness at all times.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with HR on health-related programs and policies.
- Promote preventive healthcare and workplace safety awareness among employees.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) – required.
- Open to newly licensed nurses or fresh graduates; no prior experience required.
- Trainable, responsible, and has a pleasing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work full-time and on a night shift schedule.
