Job Summary
  • Ensure employees receive quality patient care in accordance with professional and company standards.
  • Support the company's compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess nursing care needs of employees and provide first aid treatment, medications, and health assessments.
  • Observe infection control precautions in employee care.
  • Evaluate employees returning to work to determine their fitness for duty.
  • Inspect work areas daily to ensure employee safety and report health hazards to the HR Manager.
  • Facilitate and implement corrective actions for identified hazards.
  • Provide health teachings to manage illness and prevent recurrence.
  • Establish and promote a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on regulatory compliance in OSHS.
  • Submit incident reports with details of employee conditions and actions taken before the end of shift.
  • Interpret and provide insight on Annual Physical Exam (APE) results and pre-employment medical assessments.
  • Prepare and submit medical status and utilization reports.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Department in processing invoices related to HMO and health insurance.
  • Create and implement annual health, wellness, safety, and illness prevention programs.
  • Ensure availability of medicines and clinic supplies.
  • Participate in DOLE compliance activities on OSHA and OHNAP.
  • Engage in training, development, and other company initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN).
  • At least 1 year of experience in practice nursing or primary healthcare, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Background in DOLE-OSH and DOLE-OHNAP.
